close encounter with a goose

How lucky can you get,
Just got hit by a goose while coming off the highway.
unfortunately,the goose did not survive the encounter.

Ouch! I bet that gave you a fright. I guess it was lucky it hit something that you can replace and lucky you didn't get a goose in the face.

A big damage to the front screen. I am sure that was quite scary when seeing the goose smashed the front screen while driving.

My wife hit a Canada Goose at highway speed (albeit in a Jaguar XJR, not the mini). Over $10,000 damage. Not sure if you have smaller geese there, but you got off relatively easy, if I am correct looking at your photo there is no body damage, just glass - and thank goodness you are OK!
