I tried to get it started today, but the fuel pomp relay does not get a signal to switch on.
So i bypassed it but still the engin would not start.
I checked efferything and all works in good order.
But i think i still have to connect some wires.
But i do not know where..
So i made a view pictures of lose wires that maybe still need to get connected.
Can some one help me out whit these mistery wires please.
-1 picture:there is one connection missing on the starter solinoid.
-2 picture:this one is white/orange,and i do not know where it needs to be connected.
-3 Picture:thise two wires are redundand acoording to me,but i can be wrong?
My white / orange is connected to the starter solenoid terminal you are pointing at in pic 1.
my white/black & white/yellow are redundant.
purple/black is the horn.
do you have the wiring diagram? i can dig mine out and copy the page for you if needed.
all the best,
Darren
edit: I have just looked at my wiring diagram and it shows white/purple going to the starter (don't forget mine is a replica using a mayfair loom) and this wire provides power to the fuel pump when you crank the engine. it shows it going to the in line resistor on the servo housing.

Just to confuse things on my car they are connected like this
White purple to oil pressure warning sender
White/Pink and White yellow to white orange (white/pink is marked resistive)
White black to White orange.
The starter solenoid has white yellow to the blade connector
I cannot say this is correct as past owners have messed with it but it was running when I got it.
I have three wires I cannot place.
White black that runs with the loom to the alternator(possibly battery sensing wire for that style alternator) think redundant.(not shown)
Blue and yellow(same type as spot light feed)
White/brown (don't know)

The fact that you are missing a supply to the fuel pump suggests to me that the circuit to provide powers whilst cranking is incomplete.
If you look on this site under the technical tab:
http://www.eraturbo.co.uk/technical/technical.htm
You will find the wiring diagram complete with wire colours.
If it still will not start with all the mystery wires connected you will have to narrow the fault down to electrical or fuel.
Good luck - it will be a great moment when it bursts into life again!

Nice! What are the buttons on the seats for, have you put electric sliders on them? Also they look a bit different to era seats, are they original?

These are not the original seats, these are recaro's that are the same as in the bac-m30.
These are electric seats thet are also heated.
I like these more,as they have a better fit.
But i still have the original ones.

hello,
I wish that i had one,but i do not have one.
There are only 3 official ones build, and one or 2 replica's
But if you search for these seats you can find them.
Mine i had to collect in germany, they are old model recaro cs's
And where also used in bmw alpina's

I know the seats. They were a must have back in times.
A nice storie about the seats:
A friend of mine had a Opel Manta 400 with these seats fitted. At work, his customer needed to get the train and was late in time. My friend said "no problem, we get the train". So both entered the Manta and my friend started to drive like thunder through the traffic. From the right he sometimes heard a "hrrmmmrh"...
As he stopped at the trainstaition, he looked to the right...
His customer put his briefcase on the switches and the seat started to move. He was pushed against his briefcase, wich was pushed against the dashboard. He wasn´t able to move (race harness) and not able to breath...
But he catched the train!

Yust to be sure,
The car is on the way for a final inspection.
Not that i do not trust myself but just to be sure
.
They will also tune the engine,to get the best out of the engine.
And then the real fun begins.
