Mini in the Park Exhibition Stand

Hello everyone

This is another reminder for anyone wanting a place for the ERA exhibition stand to contact me asap.

i have left details on the previous posting, but have had no replies from it so far.

I managed to get 9 together at Sandon hall last year, and all who was there had a good time checking out each others pride & joy and it was great to see so many ERA's in one place.
I would really like to beat that at mitp. I would like to see 15 – 20 if possible, but if you don't contact me soon i won't be able to get you on.

The prices are as follows:-
1 vehicle pass including driver entry = £6.00
Each additional passenger = £8.00 (under 14 free)
Camping = £5.00 per adult (under 14 free)

Camping if for Saturday night only.

I need to pay mitp by the 15th of July so I need to collect any money from interested parties by 1st july to give me time to bank any checks before I send the payment to them.

I plan to camp, so it would be good if you are able to join me.

If you require a place on the stand, please let me know asap.

Hi All

I have started to have some payments. Thanks to all those who have paid so far.

I have emailed you all individually (except k9era & g347psa as i don't have your email addresses) to make sure you are all aware that i need payment soon.

Can I ask you to send payment asap please, preferably first class to avoid the postal strike on Friday and its aftermath. All the prices are at the top of this subject.

Alternatively I have decided to accept paypal if it helps.

was going to email everyone tonight.
the tickets arrived yesterday and have been sent out first class in Today's post.
The postal striked have been postponed apparently so you should get them tomorrow or monday.
