It took some time and effort.

Did you re-chrome the rims on the dials or did you get away with just scraping off the black paint?

the dails rims where in very bad shape, the paint came off.
And parts where oxidised.
So i had the choice or re-paint them,or to get new rims on and check them.
I went to a VDO dealer and he asked me if i would have black ones or chrome ones.
He also told me that the chrome ones would last longer.
So they became chrome.and he checked if they where working.

Looking really good, well done! Have you decided what you are going to do with the seats yet? I think this car was tweed & leather originally.

Finaly the end of the rebuilt is in sight.
I tried to get it started today, but the fuel pomp relay does not get a signal to switch on.
So i bypassed it but still the engin would not start.
I checked efferything and all works in good order.
But i think i still have to connect some wires.
But i do not know where..
So i made a view pictures of lose wires that maybe still need to get connected.
Can some one help me out whit these mistery wires please.
-1 picture:there is one connection missing on the starter solinoid.
-2 picture:this one is white/orange,and i do not know where it needs to be connected.
-3 Picture:thise two wires are redundand acoording to me,but i can be wrong?
