Re: Front exhaust bracket

For info always try roverpartsfinder.co.uk !!! The idea of the diff is that the output from the engine/gearbox is through one (final) drive but ...

Re: Front exhaust bracket
That will be brilliant, cheers.. reading this... "the car is on supports with the wheels off so can test drive all gears change smooth, noticed only one drive -shaft spins so decided to investigate." .... you are aware that with no traction that is what happens - it's the way the diff works. If you ...

Re: ....and now....
I don't think the kit will have to come off but on a different tack, the list of cr*p I'm discovering from the engine/gearbox/rewire episode is growing longer..... On returning to the garage for the final oil change and tune-up a couple more things came to light (apart from the floor) On saying the ...

Re: Saturn 5 ? No engine 5 as I approach the moon
Couldn't tell you, I didn't get my hands dirty this time. Drove it in, ten months later, paid the bill and drove it out!! When I take it back in a week or two for it's 500 mile flush throough and tune up I'll ask (if i remember!)

Re: Saturn 5 ? No engine 5 as I approach the moon
Fairly standard, They managed to find a "virginal" block so only had to go out to 20 thou over. Some Omega pistons and ARP studs (whatever they are?!) Interesting way of getting around the dodgy vent / run-on valve solenoid problem as previously mentioned.... http://www.eraturbo.co.uk/eraturbo/phpbb...
