Its been very quiet here for a while now so i thought it was about time i did something about it, so here is my latest project.
As you have probably seen from my previous postings, i had to build a new engine for my motor last year. It has now been run in and needs tuning, however i am now thinking of adding a little more power.
i picked up a head of ebay for £34 and have decied to mod it myself.
i have used the photo on the MED website for the profile, and am using Dave Visards "tuning BL's A series engine" for port profiles.
i am hoping i can increase the boost a little.
As you can see from the following photo's, there has been a lot of metal removal.
