ERA Meet 2008 - GAYDON 5-6 July

Hi All

Is anyone was interested in getting together for the Gaydon Mini Festival on the 5th & 6th of July.

As you can see from the dates it is a two day event with camping for anyone feeling lucky regarding the good old British weather.
I am hoping that early summer might be a better bet for some nice weather. (I have also got a 19” lcd TV to bring so you wont miss the British grand prix).

If you are interested can you please let me know this week so I can get a stand booked. I am off on my hols in just over a week (4th Jun) for 2 weeks so would like to organize things before then.

12&13 July -British Mini Showdown, Avon Park - another camping weekend.
7 Sep - British Mini Day, Catton Hall, Derbyshire.
14 Sep - National Mini Show, Stanford Hall, Lutterworth.
27 sep - Miniworld Action Day, Castle Combe.

if i get at least 5 i will book a stand, so i am sure we will have a stand there.

just had confirmation from Andrew T, so thats 3 wih me.

Had confirmaion from Paul & Nigel(for Sunday only)
Unfortunately Ricky is on crutches for at least the next four weeks so is not sure if he will be able to drive by then .

i can get advanced tickets if booked before 2nd of july (so i can still add others if i get asked).

with this in mind i will book it when i get back from my hols.

Hi All
i have sent out the following by email, but i have not been receiving many replies so just in case there are email problems i have posted it here too.

I have brought 2 weekend passes & 4 Sunday passes (cost 2x14 + 4x8 = £60)

This means I have 8 weekend passes and 4 Sunday passes.

It now appears that Chris & Peter + Paul & Donna will probably only do the Sunday too so this means that only Ricky, Kameo, Julia and I will be there both days and camping.

Weekend…Darren & Julia, Ricky & Kameo

Sunday…Andrew, Nigel, Richard & Sandra, Paul & Donna, Chris & Peter.

i have tried to be fair to everone with the free tickets so i have split the costs as follows:-

Weekend price then = £7.50 ea (4x£7.50 = £30)
Sunday price then = £3.75 ea (8x£3.75 = £30)

I will collect money when I see you.

I have also been told that Donna gets a free employee ticket as she works for Landrover so I have one spare ticket remaining if anyone needs one.

(Paul. I have allowed 1 Sunday pass for you (gate price £10.0). Child
(5-16yrs) on the gate is £9.00 so you might want to use the last ticket. Let me know if you do.)
