Top guy, he is doing replica moulded grill badges soon, he has my spare to have digitised and then a mould cut on CNC. Can't spell replica though... ;)

This is great news. It could put an end to the silly prices asked for some badges.
I dont suppose he can get the steering wheel lozenge reproduced.
I had to make one for my car. It is pretty good but not perfect.
I would think it could sell quite well to many Mini owners.

In fact, he also has the steering wheel badge. I ordered two from him before. I would say it is quite a close match, except the surrounding line is located too far from the edge. Let me try to get some photo of the steering wheel badge tonight.

As far as the ERA grille batch, my friend in Hong Kong using Aluminum with anodizing + polishing the embossed area.
