Water Pipe from Sandwich to Rad

Hi,

from wich car is the Waterpipe from the Sandwich Plate to the Aux. Radiator?

Don´t have the right one and looking for one!

I don't think you'll get the properly "formed" pipe from anywhere, but you should be able to get the correct diameter pipe from any reasonable motor factors and you'll just have to make it fit. I've done that with a few of mine.

done this, but I´m not happy with that solution.

I can´t imagine, that it was produced only for the ERA... I think, it was from a VW or so...

I found one by chance on EBay.
It was in the Rover packaging with the ERA part no on it. I suspect I was lucky as new old stock is a rare find. I think the only option is as an old original says.

I suppose if you had access to a variety of pipes to sort through, you could find one with a 90 degree bend in it and the correct length, that would help a little.
Just keep looking I think.

I used a second hand pipe from the head to the heater through the bulkhead that I bought at an auto-jumble. Originally from a later Mini model. I cut it to get the fit and it worked quite well. As far as I can tell a lot of the original pipes with the correct bends in them are no longer available for the classic Mini and if they are around are very expensive.

Saw the pipe on e-bay some time ago, but seller doesn´t wanted to post to Germany....

As already said, i have a bitsa pipe installed... But original would be better to my eye
