Hiya,

I'm going to Brooklands on the 25th, anyone else going?

We should be going but currently without the ERA once again as it blotted its copybook big time en route to the Central Mini Owners Club Rolling Road Day yesterday.

It spluttered to a halt on the A46 in a convoy of Club Mini's heading to SMMC for the Mini Magazine covered Rolling Road Shoot Out - most embarassing as we arrived on the back of a recovery truck. Hopefully the Mini Mag snapper did not get a picture of that....

51/2 hours later - long after the Rolling Road Central Mini's had departed they got it running after full carb strip down but very rich due to sticking carb jet so I left it with them.

Assuming I get it back then we are booked in to Brooklands and pre-booked for the Test Hill!

Car now back running after new carb jet fitted - next stop Brooklands....
