Just a bit of info...
I believe the 'photo was taken at a SMMT trade day in late '88 or early '89. The slightly older ERA to the right is actually not as old as you might think. This one is classed as "A.J.M.1" as was built in the early 1980's out of approx 80% genuine ERA parts but it does have the blessing of other ERA owners.

yes i think it was took at the SMMT trade day 1989, i have a letter from david sankey listing information about that day,from memory i think there were 2 mini Era's there that day there is also information about the pre production models. when i get a bit more time i will try to find the letter and put some pictures here
