Unfortunately I don't. I would think if you take the old sender to a place that sells VDO gauges they should be able to ID the old one. Although they might need to know the part number on the existing gauge? However I had a quick look online and it looks like many of them share the same resistance curve (although there were a few different ones), and you just have to pick the size and thread.

Next time I have the grill off I'll see if I can have a better look at mine and measure its resistance (although the A/C compressor is kind of in the way!).

Has anyone got their oil temperature gauge out at the moment. I have had a reply from VDO and they need the numbers off the casing. Don't really fancy a dash stripdown but if I have to I will

I'll have a look at mine tomorrow and let you know the part number since getting a shot of the gauge is much easier!

My gauge has this number on it: 310.274/9/27 2.91 (I think the last bit might be the date of manufacture). I'll add a photo when I get home.

And a pic of the gauge, I also added the number on it to the facebook chat about oil temperature too.

I have fitted an oil temperature sensor to the sump and another gauge to check the temp of the original and the temps read the same so there is nothing wrong with the original set up. I now need to work on reducing the warm up time.
