I don't know if anyone else on here has seen the thread on the TMF board, but there's there seems to be a lot of scaremongering about modifications to the shell of minis and whether they fall foul or old rules which are now apparently being enforced by the powers that be. i.e. if you've a box for a turbo cut into the bulkhead, your V5 could be revoked and you might have to apply for an IVA test just to get a "Q" plate so you can get back on the road.
I've posted on there that ERAs were type approved and sold as as rover vehicle with a Rover warranty so, I believe, we don't have a problem
